Erik turns to the only person he knows who can reckon with Luis's empire - his brother, K, the leader of an L.A. gang. And reckon he does: K hatches a plan to rob an armored truck, in broad daylight, on a busy street corner. "The President's Man": With his protege Deke Slater and daughter Que, McCord heads to South America on a high-stakes rescue mission he can't fail: to recover the First Lady, held hostage by a group of terrorist in Rio de Janiero. Then, they take on a Colombian drug cartel, who, angered by U.S. interference in its business, has gone on a deadly offensive.
