TrueSharp Power Rotary Blade Sharpener

This product was purchased in Mukilteo (Seattle) while on vacation. after opening the parcel, the power supply module was faulty. the sharpener was tested with another power supply unit with same rating & worked well as expected. electronic goods are so reliable these days, however we were disappointed with the failure of this power supply module. i am resident in Dubai where the voltage is in the 240volt range.

It does work. I sharpened a lot of old blades and now they cut wonderfully. I had tried previous less cost sharpeners from fabric stores and they did not work. I'm well pleased with the sharpener. I had one problem with removing the stones, the instructions did not tell you that the newer sharpeners have screws at the end of the stones that need to be removed first. They need to up date their instructions. I checked with their web site for how to remove the stones, and found out about the screws. The screws are very tiny & since the instructions did not tell you about the screws, I could have broken the sharpener trying to lift the stones out like the instructions said.

This product will save you alot of money in the long run. Can sharpen your rotary cutter blades to a sharp new blade every time.

Compared to cost of new blades and how soon they need to be sharpened very good. This sharpener is very easy to use and to learn. has a little noise but it is not to bad.

This is a fantastic sharpener. Take for granted we have only used it once. It sharpened every one of my rotary blades (I had been saving them), better than new, even my titanium blades. The money this could save. It comes with some oil and an extra set of sharpening stones. Be sure and read the instructions first, you must oil the stones. LOVE IT.
