I brew a pot of coffee daily and have tried multiple roast, in my search for a solid, reliable option.  This French Roast by Landmark did not disappoint. Will definitely purchase again.

Darn good cup of coffee!

These coffee beans are rich and smooth, I love the flavor. It's a great product and great value too.

Love this coffee, and the price is very reasonable.

This coffee satisfied the dark roast drinker and the medium roast drinker.  Flavorful, smooth and delicious!

That's Fine Coffee

I bought this coffee at a brick and mortar Walmart store here in the Seattle Metro area.  It makes really great coffee with my expresso coffee maker as well as my single-cup drip coffee maker.  The expresso coffee maker has a built-in grinder.  By adjusting the grind to a medium grind I get perfect pressure and perfect shots of expresso for great americanos and lattes.  I use a medium grind with the drip coffee maker as well for an awesome cup of coffee.  

One final point:  **The bag does not tell you it's whole bean coffee.**

Best coffee if you like French roast!  Not always easy to find in store or online. I prefer grinding fresh daily and these beans are the best I have ever tried.  Good value for the quality.

A little strong flavored, oily bean.  It's ok for dark roast.

I do like the taste of the coffee but the beans plug up my burr grinder.  I've never had this happen with many many other brands.  These beans grind to a fine powder regardless of the grinder setting. I have it set to very coarse and it's still plugging up my grinder with very fine powdered coffee.
This is a very dark roast and it seems to be better suited to a espresso grind rather than a french press as I can't get the grind right it always grinds to a very fine powder.

I've been looking for new whole bean varieties to try since they are very limited, at least as far as affordable options go, but this was not a good choice. The taste itself is meh, and it has a very funky and bitter aftertaste. After looking at the beans I'm also not sure that it is 100% arabica as advertised.
