Customer Product Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5★ by 4reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Scary information. I, like so many others, eat the typical American diet. About 6 months ago, I was about 20 pounds overweight. After learning the information in this movie and the book, I cut out all meat and dairy for two weeks. I lost 10 pounds! I had more energy, and I also noticed my skin looked so much better. I ate tons of veggies, legumes, fruits and vegetarian "meats". I slowly incorporated meat back into my diet and promptly gained back what I had lost. So, I think I can honestly say that the information is TRUE! I'm going back on my veggie diet and will work to make it my lifestyle. By the way, I shopped carefully and didn't end up spending any more on food that usual. I also learned some yummy new recipes. If you are even slightly considering this, BUY IT. Watch it. It can change your life. 12/26/2011
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Eat to Live Great information for such a time as this. We all know that this food is killing us; however, we love the taste of grease and sugar. The two things that I know for sure that cause CAD is FAT and SUGAR. Prayerfully, we'll wake up and begin to care enough for ourselves to eat healthier and exercise more.DiamondK 09/25/2011
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Must See Movie I never thought I would be inspired to give up meat and dairy...but this did it for me. My father told me to pick up Dr. Esselstyn's book, "Prevent & Reverse Heart Disease," and my response to him was that I had no desire to change my diet. And that I would never give up meat. Well, after reading the book and watching this movie, I have seen the light. I'm 4 days into my new lifestyle and I, like so many of the folks in the movie, already feel a difference. I don't miss anything (yet), and I'm pretty sure how I feel eating this way will combat any temptations. This is a must see movie for anyone who is looking for a healthier way to live. 01/24/2012
