The actual phone is good, but the service is really poor. The phone was purchased to replace one that I broke and I was suppose to be able to keep my number from the other phone, but after spending 2 and 1/2 hrs on the phone with a service rep and being promised that I still had my number that I wanted, I found out that they went and changed the number on me without telling me. Now they tell me that they have given that number to someone else and I can't get it back. Now I get numerous calls with this number from creditors looking for the person who previously had this number.

Rated 2 out of 5 by SD24 The battery cover/back cover did not fit on the phone; also almost all of the time the up button doesn't work & the internet is really slow. Also everytime you text, EVEN check your voicemail or go online, it takes away from your minutes. Remember there are no free nights & weekends. But the phone got the job done, was able to make & receive calls (except one time the phone didn't pick up a voicemail I left for someone).......

Streamline the phone activation process. A lengthy and variable time to activate does little to make customers happy.
Fix all documentation and databases about the SIM card location for the Motorola EM326g.
Streamline the problem resolution process for activation problems. The email support system is adequate, but difficult to find, and unusable for anyone without internet access.

It can't connect to the internet like it says or at least I have not had the patience to wait more than 5 minutes to see if it ever really gets there. Any button turns it on so in your pocket you can accidentally call someone. Sending texts is sometimes funny as some do not go through.

Texting is difficult on this phone - even more so than other compact phones. The layout and interaction with menus isn't very intuitive. Some bluetooth devices don't work perfectly.
Call quality is acceptable. Net10 service good in Colorado Springs area. Net10 customer service difficult to communicate with, but no issues that couldn't be resolved.

This unit proved to have enough features to be interesting, Camera, radio, memory expansion, etc. But failed the most important part.. as a phone the reception was poor at best. Lots of lost, dropped calls or just poor audio quality. Did not return product to keep it out of circulation.

After only one week it deleted all air time when turned off, including all minutes left. When tech was called, minutes were retrieved/replaced. Again when turned off it deleted air time. I am returnlng it.

Does not recognize my e-mail as having purchased this item, its a whole process. No one will help me. It was a waste of 45.00 and a disappointed young son.
Please save yourself the trouble, don't buy.

I bought this phone yesterday. I charged it for 6 hours today and it did not charge at all. I contacted net10 by email this afternoon, but have not heard back. I have tried charging this phone on 4 different outlets but it does not charge at all. I thought $25 was a good value, but if the phone doesn't work, it's definitely not a good value. If you can't get service in a timely manner when you're paying for it daily, it's definitely not worth a dime!!!!! After buying this piece of junk I will never buy or recommend net10 to anyone unless I don't like them a lot.

Wal-Mart did fine. But the telephone is too complicated to figure out.
When the time runs out, I am going to shop for a different telephone and throw this one away.
Trying to activate this telephone was a nightmare. Again, no fault of Wal-Mart, but trying to get a real person to help me from the telephone company was next to impossible. The lady clerk from Wal-Mart, where I bought the telephone, was quite helpful. She recommended that I return the telephone I bought on line, and I did. The telephone she sold me works, but does far more than I need or wanted. I still do not know how to operate most of the features. But, I can talk and text ))

After researching no-contract phone companies I decided to go with NET10 because they seem to have the most minutes for the price.... I decided that the 750 minutes a month for $25.00 was best for me, then I found this GREAT deal at Walmart... I received a refurbished Motorola phone PLUS the 750 minute phone card for only $25.00, which is the regular price of the phone card.... The way I look at it is if the phone breaks or quits working, no big loss because it was 100% FREE and I can just order another one through Walmart....

This is a great value phone with good service to use on holiday, had to register the phone which was a pain, but once done the service was good and we made all the calls needed.
After using a smart phone it is odd having to text like the old days For example "cat" is 222 2 8.
For a holiday phone it was great we ordered it to be collected at the store down the road from where we stayed, paid on Paypal in advance, collected it with ID on the day we landed and was using it that night, no roaming charge or expensive bills back in the UK for mobiles (Cell). It even comes with a bag to recycle it before you leave the US if your done with it.
Great little phone, fantastic for holiday.

I get great reception with it.. with the last cell phone i had, i could not walk around in my apartment without having drop calls all the time.. with Net10 I can walk all around my place and not lose who I am talking to .. very happy about that :)

I bought this phone for my mother. The first phone she received wouldn't activate so they sent her another and guess what, it wouldn't work either. The second phone wouldn't recognize the sim card so she had to send both phones back. Two Lemons in a row?? They transferred her minutes to her old phone. I do not know if they are sending her third phone yet. She liked the look of the phone but since neither was usable I am giving this two thumbs down.

Didn't think I would like any of the buttons on the outside but with a rugged pouch holster and the key pad lock seems to do fine at keeping any accidental functions at a minimum.

When I first got this phone, I had problems with some keys. It has gotten better but some keys just don't work at all. I need to get a replacement, but have to see who is responsible, Walmarts or Net10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jezzibam Great deal for the money. Some reviews have complained about the key pad lock not working. However, under the Security settings you can turn it on permanentley. I now have to hit the 2 buttons, or slide it open to unlock any of the keys. I have had no problems with this phone or the Net10 service. Wish I had done this sooner.
