First off I would like to say if you are one of those people like myself who have wanted to make a healthy change in his or her diet but didn’t know where to start, this book is for YOU! I have always wondered what would it be like to try vegan foods, would it be tasteless and have weird displeasing textures? Well when I got a hold of this book all of my questions where answered, vegan foods can be flavorful and yummy, the textures aren’t off putting! I never knew healthy foods could actually taste SO GOOD and be healthy for you at the same time. The recipes in this book are quick and easy to prepare, the recipes are budget friendly and there is also nutritional information available for every recipe in the book. Last but not least there are beautiful pictures to go along with most of the recipes in the cookbook. I know using this cookbook will be a fresh start to a healthier and happier me. 12/26/2011
