Rated 3 out of 5★ by Not Enough Vegetables I was disappointed in this well advertised cookbook. There were not enough vegetable recipes. Also, I like a binder type cookbook, which this was not. It is so much easier to remove the page and work with the recipe. Would be worth the extra dollars to me. The recipes, as expected, are lower calorie versions. 11/28/2011
