If you ever tried a "diet" and felt deprived before you even started, this book just might be for you.If you try these recipes you will feel very satisfied, the opposite of deprived. What if you could eat delicious meals, lose weight and never have to feel guilty about what you were eating. Trust me, buy this book and give it a try. There are measurement charts, calorie charts, and even information about what your kids should be eating and why. The recipes are easy to understand and most have ingredients that you already have in the house. If you want to learn about what you are putting in your mouth and why, this is a great book. I hope they come out with another one :) 11/27/2011

I use for my weight loss needs and guidance and this cookbook is a great addition to my weight loss plan. Now I can make delishious meals that my whole family loves so not only am I eating right and losing weight but my whole family is eating healthier too! 05/08/2012

Although the information provided was interesting, I was more interested in recipes. I fell I didn't get "the bang for the buck." If it wasn't to me a nusiance, I would have returned the cookbook. 04/01/2012
