If you ever tried a "diet" and felt deprived before you even started, this book just might be for you. If you try these recipes you will feel very satisfied, the opposite of deprived. What if you could eat delicious meals, lose weight and never have to feel guilty about what you were eating. Trust me, buy this book and give it a try. It could change the rest of your life.

The best cookbook I own. I love how it teaches you what to eat and why you should eat them. There are measurement charts, calorie charts, and even information about what your kids should be eating and why. The recipes are easy to understand and most have ingredients that you already have in the house. If you want to learn about what you are putting in your mouth and why, this is a great book. I hope they come out with another one :)
