love the bike my 6 year old loves it ride it everyday sturdy bike love the design the only thing that I was upset about is the seat had a 1 inch rip on it when pulled out of box to put together I plan to contact the company to see about getting a new one. 02/27/2012
Great bike, fast service, no problems. I was pretty nervous to ordering a bike online. About every review I read, across the board, described the horrors of poor packing, damaged merchandise, and non-existent customer service. We looked and looked, but couldn't find a non-licensed, pink girls bike in this size in the stores. Online was our only option, but we were pleasantly surprised. Packed safely, no damage, basically overnight delivery, and super easy to put together. (I built it myself while the hubs was on his way home from work.) We rarely shop at Walmart, but are once again surprised. Thank you for carrying another option for little girls besides licensed (Barbie, Princess, Tink, etc.) bikes. Parents of little girls everywhere should smile a little more. 04/27/2012
unhappy after unpacking it I am very happy with the bike after we fixed it.But when we unpacked it right from the box. The front tire bracket was bent, there were scratches on the bike and the chain cover there was a piece that was bent into the chain.I almost took the bike to our local Walmart but they did not have this bike in stock so I couldn't and I didn't have time to wait. It was for our daughter for Easter.After we fixed the stuff that was wrong with it. She never knew and it still works great. I am not happy with how we got it out of the box but happy with it now. 04/20/2012
