Rated 5 out of 5 by :) I've been fighting acne caused by my medicines for about 5 years now. I was getting completely fed up with all the washes I was using that weren't working on my super sensitive skin. I needed a new approach. So I heard about this, wanted to try it, & the first time I used it, I was amazed by how clean & fresh my face felt! Continuing into the next couple of days, I fell in love with the product, questioning if it's even possible for my face could clear up that fast. It is possible, it happened, and even though it's not completely movie star clear, I feel so much more comfortable in it. 08/17/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by This cleanser made my face breakout. I have been using this cleanser on and off for a few months. After using it for a few days my skin breaks out like crazy and I have to stop using it. This happens every time I've used this cleanser. I have never, ever used a facial cleanser that messed up my face. After talking to me sister I found out the same thing happens to her son. This cleanser is destined for the trash. 08/15/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by My face is smooth! I am in love with Neutrogena! I typically use their Rapic Clear, which, I believe lives up to it's name, but then I saw the commercial for the naturals. I figured, why not? My face is so soft and smooth! The cleanser smelled nice and it was smooth and creamy. Now, the only question is, when I got out of the shower, my face was pink only on my cheeks, and my face didn't burn it just felt kind of warm. I don't know if that's bad or not. I'll give it a week and post an update. But overall, it's wonderful! 08/14/2011

It works just like it claims to without over drying my skin and without a lot of harmful chemicals that other products have. It has a very nice scent, but it would be better for a natural line to be fragrance free. Neutrogena, please introduce an oil free moisturizer and eye cream to go along with this line. 08/13/2011

My skin: Combination oily - blackheads on nose and a lot of grease in T-zone, but grease and acne on cheeks as well I originally bought this cleanser because it was not tested on animals and the bottle stated where the ingredients came from; and although the directions were not printed, I have been using facial cleansing products to know how to use it. The previous cleanser I used came with a scrublet, so I used that with this cleanser. I felt no burning and I don't remember my skin drying up the first time I used it. But I do know that, while it doesn't immediately clear acne and blackheads or makes them completely go away over time, it has reduced the amount of breakouts I get. I am now going through my second bottle and am also using the pore refining scrub (which, in my opinion, isn't as scrubby as I had hoped it to be). This is a great product for those not looking for some miracle product that could potentially dry out/worsen present skin condition, and are just wanting to keep acne to a minimum. 08/11/2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Friendly to sensitive skin I have sensitive skin and break out easily. My skin doesn't allow me to use over the counter products but my skin loves this cleanser and the first over the counter product I can use. Its gentle and leaves my skin smooth and clean. 08/03/2011

I use to have a problem with acne, and blotchness and tried so many different things, and never found anything that worked until now. My face has never been it such good condition. What a great product! really does control breakouts (with natural salisylic acid) and oil without the chemicals. A lighter clean, I can actually feel. 07/18/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Face feels cleaner but bad reaction... Even though I have used Neurtogena products with no problem before my face got a weird skin rash from this product. So much for hypoallergenic haha. It feels cleaner than regular cleansers, so I did really like it. Guess I just have to hide when I wash my face ;) 07/17/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it so far!!! Ive only been using this product for two days and I already see a difference in my skin. There is less redness and my breakouts are slowly going away. The product has a great smell to it, very refreshing and clean. I don't get that burning sensation as others have stated and it doesn't leave my face dry like other cleansers do. Ive been using the facial cleanser and the pore cleanser and I love it. I would also like to mention the reason I am using this product. I am currently pregnant and with my hormones increasing Ive started to breakout like a teenager all over again. I wanted to find a product that was was going to help but I didn't think that I would get the results that I did. 07/14/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Well I have a new-found allergy It removes makeup. It's gentle. It's natural. It smells sooo good. And my skin doesn't like it. I used this and I loved the night i used it (Sunday) and woke up the next morning with an allergy breakout in the most uncommon place-under my eyes. i have terrible dark circles nd my favorite concealers burned when i put them on so I had to use my stage makeup which cakes. It was the one and only day I was soooo glad I had to wear glasses and we didn't have to change for gym that day. I'm sure it is wonderful for some people and might've been for me too, but my skin doens't like it. 07/10/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by My new cleanser, forget Cetaphil With acne prone skin, I had trouble finding a gentle cleaner to work in my regimen. I stuck with Cetaphil for a while until Neutrogena came out with this product :). It foams, it washes away mineral make-up,oil, lotion and all. Where in the past I had to use a wash cloth to get off all the junk still stuck on my face. The scrub is also nice. 06/30/2011

Rated 2 out of 5 by Not Sure Yet. Im not sure yet about this product... the "natual" Salicylic Acids have proven to be a little intense than I anticipated and have caused my skin to mildly burn. Yet, once the buring subsides, after usin the product for a few days, my skin does appear to look more refreshed, clean and polished. So, I dont know if I'd recomend at this moment. I will give it a week and make a final decision. Nonetheless, the product smells great and i love the packageing and the affordability! 06/06/2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not truly "natural" but a good start I have been using all natural products for many years, learning about parabens, sodium lauryl sulfates, fragrances, etc. I have been waiting for more mainstream companies to get onboard so these beauty products become more affordable and accessable to the public. When I saw this new line by Neutrogena, I was really hopeful. This is definitely a step in the right direction! But I would ask the company to forego the artificial fragrances added to their products. They're synthetic and my body has bad reactions to them (though they do smell nice). 06/03/2011

I used to use Neutrogena Deep Clean, and it was absolutely amazing, but they stopped selling it in the stores where I live. So I switched to this, and I'm sooooo soooo soooo happy for it. Rated 3 out of 5 by An Okay Product... I picked this product because it was natural and it had a nice bottle. I have combination skin and this didn't work for me. This product cleaned my skin but it also left it shiny. Whiteheads also started to pop up which I didn't like. I am going to try the deep clean cleanser & I hope it works! 05/30/2011

After using the naturals purifying cleanser wirh willowbark, my facial skin is no longer breaking out, the pH has finally balanced, and my skin feels like skin again... Soft and smooth!
