Rated 5 out of 5 by Ayresbaby I love Jillian Michaels but I can't keep up with her ( she does the exercises quite fast) so I pause the dvd and do the exercises at my own speed. I love the way she explains the right way and the wrong way to do the exercise. She's an excellent teacher. Even though this is a beginner tape, it's still quite hard but it will make me keep plugging away. I have been doing this dvd for two weeks know and I can already see results. You won't be disappointed.
Rated 5 out of 5 by wernerrx Although this workout is titled "for beginners," people of all fitness levels will enjoy using it as a way to learn efficient workout tips and to tone. I had never tried circuit training before, and this video shows a fun way to go through 6 circuits that don't waste a move. Everything is demonstrated by past participants on The Biggest Loser as Jilian Michaels leads them. I also liked that no expensive equipment is needed to get in shape. I was given the companion DVD for "frontside" as a gift, and I would highly recommend using them both on alternating days.
