Very bad design I recieved this product and put it together. The net had a few tears in it. The tent is made not to last. The latches that hold it on ripped off as I was trying to get it together. The company is not helping me at all. I can't believe I'm going to have to take this apart and bring it back to walmart. I am not happy! Also the tent is way too hot in the summer have on. Not enough ventalation. 09/30/2011
I really did like this trampoline but the first one I ordered came with box split open and pieces were falling out so I had to return and reorder the second one. The second one came with broken pieces and when I contacted the company boy did I get the run around! They absolutely will NOT send you your broken pieces. I have even contacted 3 on your side our local TV station. This COMPANY is HORRIBLE to deal with. I sent everything in for warranty repair that they have asked for and they still have not ok the broken parts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. 01/04/2012
We got this for our children for christmas ! we love it but it was very hard to put it together ! took 4 of us 5 hours to put together ! But glad we bought this it is very big and my girls love it ! 12/27/2011
Don't waste your money on this junk!! My husband and I purchased this product for our children for an Easter gift. What a horrific experience trying to put it together. First you need to have a Doctorate to understand the directions and then they were incorrect!! This is just to get the trampoline and enclosure set up. The tent part is a total hoax. Unless you have 15-20 people around to help install this thing, you might as well not waste your time. We got to the point where we said the heck with it and didn't put it up!! What a waste of money this was!! 04/07/2012
