Easy recipes that are delectable! I was unsure which cookbook to get for my new Paleo/Primal lifestyle, and I took a gamble with Mark Sisson's book (after reading his blog - Mark's Daily Apple). My first recipe was the cream of greens soup - since I am part of a CSA...loads of greens to use! I could not stop smiling while savoring this dish...I eat it daily for a meal (mixing in some grass-fed meat + soaked raw nuts for crunch.) I also made the Chuck Roast, which I cannot stop eating!!! It is SO tasty, flavorful, and easy to make...though it takes an afternoon. The recipes call for readily available ingredients - no strange mail-order stuff. There are ample pictures for you to visualize the in-process to end product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I expected there to be more appealing recipes than what I found inside this book. A lot of the recipes are for things I wouldn't expect your average person to have ingredients for or want to even cook.
