The only problem I had was once it was time to attach the ladder I realized there were no holes to attach the screws through. The manufactor sent me two identical parts instead of what I shouldve received. Good thing my husband is good with tools, so he was able to fix this minor mishap. My 3 year old son was so excited when he woke up christmas morning and saw his new bed. Overall a good purchase. 12/25/2012

I simply don't have the patience to put things together, so I took the option for Walmart to assemble it (for free!!). They did it in a couple days once the product arrived at the store.I picked it up. Getting it inside the bedroom was not a challenge because it can easily be split into two and put back together.The wood is solid and the finish looks great. Great buy!! 12/17/2012
