    • A. It comes in a box and you have to assemble it yourself...however after you get the box home and open it you will most likely find a white card that says Free Assembly included...not sure about that one.

    • A. No, you have to assemble it (and hope it fits together). There is a tag in the box that says 'free assembly' though so perhaps you can take it into your local wal-mart and ask that they put it together for you. (It appears this model bike is made specifically for wal-mart).

the product is alright overall a bit confusing when putting it together. i wish it had breaks included. however, shipment is horrible bike had three major and visible scratches and minor scratches all over. decided to keep it didn't want to deal with it, ended up painting those major scratches myself. shipment is a real disappointment though. get it from stores if they have it, mine didn't. check out the scratch. first impression it was used. Shipped through fedex i bet they can't handle heavy stuff over 20lbs.

We were looking for a bike for my daughter, to give her on her 4th birthday... It just seemed like all the 12 inch bikes were a little to small, and she would probably outgrow it quickly... and the 16 inch bikes we looked at just seemed too big for her.... turns out this 14 inch was just right!!!

Like others, we found that a 16-inch bike was too big for our 4-year-old, but a 12-inch too small for long use. (We got her big sister a 16-inch when she turned 4, but she was very big for her age.) This has turned out just right! This is actually a smaller version of a 20-inch model we bought big sister several months ago (sold under a different name at a toy chain). The fenders are very nice for keeping kids clean when they ride through puddles. Both our daughers found this bike beautiful; we like that it is free of licensed characters and is not as tacky as some girl's bikes. Quality isn't perfect but is decent for a low-priced bike. It arrived in just a few days.

we've been looking for a bike that wasn't so intimidating and tall for our little 3yr old to ride, the 16" that she had was too scary and she never wanted to ride it and stores don't usually carry this 14", but we got it to try it to see if it would make any difference and she rides like a pro now!!! It's a BIG mistake for stores not to carry this size for our sweet little ones to learn on. The bigger ones are just tooooo big! Thanks, Walmart, for having this size available...at least online so our daughter could ride and keep up with her older sister!

Ordered on-line (not available in stores) and received bike in mail for my daughter's birthday. Went to assemble it, and the frame welding was bad so the front wheel didn't fit on the frame. This should have been caught in any basic quality assurance check done by the manufacturer. Fortunately, wal-mart's return-to-store policy was a breeze! Thank you wal-mart for this! Ended up going with a different bike. Do not recommend this bike until Kent can get their quality control measures under control.

My daughter got this for her birthday. She is too big for the 12" bike, but still too small for the 16" bike. The picture does not do it justice. Very nice bike. I would recommend this bike. It is very good quality.

the bike is very cute and is the perfect size for my 5 year old. The box the bike arrived in had a hole in it, the bike had numerous scratches and was missing a couple of bolts and nuts. We figured the bike was going to get scratched up anyway and because my daughter was so eager to ride it we pieced the hardware together. So the bike is very cute and seems to be of decent quality however the shippers need to do a better job of packaging it up.

This bike is wonderful. We needed to get a new bike for our daughter who was too big for a 12 inch bike. But, when she tried a 16 inch bike at the store it was way too big. So, we ordered this online and she loves it! It fits her perfectly and is really cute.
