well written and easy to follow The book fulfilled the objective that I have, that is to save time, use the crock pot and have dinner ready for a working person as well as eat more vegetarian dishes. Punjabi Princess Anupy Singla has changed the landscape of Indian Cooking. She has created a way that every single one of us can do this cheap & easily at home. You can make super healthy food for PENNIES with this book. You use dried, unsoaked beans and basic spices to create incredibly rich flavors. If you like Indian Food in the least you owe it to yourself to invest in this book. I have NEVER had an easier cookbook and NEVER had a book that every single recipe was so inexpensive. We would make this food anyway, but I am already ready for the next STRIKE because when we are pinching our pennies next time, we will also be eating Punjabi nightly. And it uses all of Dr. Oz's favorite foods like kidney beans (highest antioxidant levels, yes, higher than blueberries) and tumeric (to help ward off inflammation and Alzheimers.
