Despite initial objections from Wilson's wife, Cate (Academy Award(R) nominee Joan Allen - 2000, Best Actress, "The Contender"), Hachi endears himself into the Wilson family and grows to be Parker's loyal companion. I did!!!Hachi was such an adorable puppy!!!! I love animals and I found his bond with his master very sweet.It's a great movie, though the ending is very sad. Definitely a MUST see!!! 01/05/2011
