Rated 1 out of 5 by Horribly irritated and peeled my skin!!! = ( I recently heard about Neutrogena's new grapefruit line, and wanted to give it a shot. I have been breaking out since this school's semester started and thought this would help. I purchased the whole grapefruit line (foaming scrub, cream cleanser, and facial cleanser) in the beginning I felt my skin a little dry, but assumed this was all part of the process. Within days my face started to peel and I began breaking out even more!! I reduced my usage to once a day since all my entire face was peeling and was super sensitive to any touch in my face. I stopped using it for a week and noticed my face was less irritating. I recently purchased some stuff from Aveeno so far it's great and very moisturizing. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy this! 10/12/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by FANTASTIC! Ok so first you know that from the past reviews this product does dry out your skin. THIS IS 100% TRUE. I have somewhat normal skin, not to oily. You can prevent this and it is very easy the steps should be in your general health. DRINK WATER! Water is essential to keeping your skin moisturized do it! This is great because it cancels out the dryness. Next only use this product once a day on the label it says to use it twice a day but no matter what thats just too much. I figured out for me it works best at night. Normally i would put nivea moisturizing cream on after and this also helps me. This particular acne wash is great at getting rid of blemishes and is ok at getting rid black heads it just takes time you cant expect to wash with a treatment and come up having a crystal clear face the next day. FOLLOW THESE STEPS especially if your a teen it will work wonders. 10/09/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not buy! This product made my skin veryy veryy dry and painful around my lips. I used it only 3 days in a roll and to find out I have very painful dry skin and it also didn't clear my skin, just made it even worse! So I do not recommend at all! 10/02/2011

Rated 4 out of 5 by BUY BUY BUY ok, so many people say that it dried put their skin nut it didn't for me i have oily skin but my t zones are really dry, after using this product my face feels clean, fresh and moisturised. it may not get rid of your blackheads but it sure works for blemishes. if it does dry out your face- pair it with nivea soft moisturiser 09/20/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by VERY DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT BUY. Hello. I've been using this product for about two or three weeks now and I'm VERY disappointed. First off, it is SO difficult to wipe off. If I don't get it all off, it leaves my face looking and feeling very dry. I know that is supposed to happen, but two weeks after? No. Then today, I woke up with TWO NEW PIMPLES. The only good thing about it is the smell, and even that wears off after a while. I am very disappointed with this product and I as of a few hours ago, switched to Proactiv. 09/18/2011

Rated 3 out of 5 by DO NOT BUY!!!! I bought this product thinking tht it would get a rid of my blackheads in my nose and clearing the occasional acne I would get. It didn't do any of those things! I've used it for about 2 months now and it doesn't work! I started seeing small results in the first month. It is very bad. Do not buy this product! I still have about a quarter left in the bottle and now I'm squirting a few squirts down the drain because I really want to get rid of it. 09/06/2011

It seemed to work for the first couple of days, then I noticed my skin was getting dryer. Now I have dry patches on my face, I've broken out even worse, and I can't seem to moisturize enough! Rated 5 out of 5 Amazing product! This face wash is amazing! Started clearing my acne within days! It smells great and truly does make you look and feel great. It does dry out your skin a little bit around the nose area, but I just dab a bit of sensitive skin moisturizer after 10 minutes of applying this and it works like a charm! So I brought this product in hopes of getting rid of the few blackheads I have, it worked great the first 2 days, my skin was soft and smooth but after day 3, my skin started to get really dry and new blackheads are forming, do not waste your money, it doesn't work! 08/28/2011

Rated 5 out of 5 Love It! I got this product just about a week or so ago. School is starting very soon and I wanted my face all cleared up. So yes ive been using this for about a week and its allready clearing up very well. I was getting a bit frustrated at first because I just wanted my acne gone, but I realized it does take a bit of time. And please note my acne wasnt that bad so it may have been faster for me because of that. It does dry out your face a bit, but since its getting rid of my acne, i dont care. 08/21/2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolutely Riveting! The first time I bought this product, I couldn't wait to get home and try this! But when i used it for the first week or two, I was very disappointed. It dried out my skin and it added breakouts to my skin! :( But by the third week, this product, (along with the Alcohol-free Toner and the Oil-Free Moisture Combination Skin) I think not only improved my complexion, but it also improved my skin health! My skin got used to the Salicylic Acid and it cleared all my breakouts within one week. I love this product and i will be absolutely ENRAGED if this product gets discontinued!!! 08/05/2011

After using it, my entire forehead broke out with red, painful pimples. I think this cleanser smells great, and would work for people without sensitive skin, but my skin is very sensitive and I was not very pleased. 08/05/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hooray oil free! I have very oily skin, and the last thing I needed was MORE oil in my acne wash! It was a primary reason I was getting acne. I started using this just once a day and I noticed an immediate, then a long term improvement. My face was also very smooth and and fresh looking after using the product. It did cause a little bit of redness, and dried up a lot of the acne, I can see this being troubling for people with averagely moisturized skin. However, after applying some chamomile lotion to my skin it fixed it right up! I've never been happier with a skin product. My face is clear. (: 08/04/2011

I bought this Product in The UK. I use it every morning and evening to get rid of all my make up and oil and dirt. It works perfect and the smell is just gorgeous! I also like the fact that it contains Salicylic acid; it treats acne by exfoliating away dead skin. Every 3 months i visit the UK and buy all the products of Neutrogena. I use the scrub and facial wash and after that i apply the Oil free moisture of Neutrogena. It doesn't give me any breakouts anymore and gives a smooth result underneath my foundation! I love it! Yesterday i bought some more products in Germany. It saves my money because i use to buy all the expesive brands and it still didn't work for me. They gave me breakouts or dried out my skin too much. I tried so many other acne cleansers, including clean and clear, and nothing worked as great as this! If you haven't already, you should consider going to get your self some to try!
