I got this book for my grandson because he wants to bulk up. Little did I realize that the diet included is the way I have been preaching to eat(to anyone who would listen). I ordered another one today ready to give to another interested family member. It's just a matter of time that we will be able to shape-up and eat right and get healthy.

I have just got threw reading the book and doing some of the diet things they suggest but have not had time to do the workouts yet. They have so many things in this book and I cant wait to do the routines in there. If you are looking to loose wait this is the book to get you in shape. I will write another review after I start the workouts. Thanks Mens Health
