Wondering what is going wrong with our government? Read this book and you'll find out exactly how far away we've gotten from what our Founders envisioned for this great country. Not only should this be mandatory reading for High School students, it should be mandatory reading for POLITICIANS, to remind them of what their job duties are really supposed to be. Well written, easily understandable and contains numerous quotes from our Founders. A great starting point for anybody concerned with the direction our government is heading. 07/30/2009
Should be required for graduation Dr. Skousen shows how great and inspired our founding fathers were. The greatness of the document they wrote needs to be studied by everyone in our government. Our leaders and judges have strayed so far from the original Constitution that it literally hangs by a thread today. We as a country need to get back to the 28 principals or we are doomed. I plan on re-reading it about every six months. I learn something new each time. 09/25/2009
