Pleasantly Surprised!!! This was my first site-to-store experience and well worth the savings. The dinnerware set is exactly as presented on the site and quite a substantial set of dinnerware. I love the square shape of the plates and the heavy weight of the pieces. The food is nicely framed and pops when placed on the dish. I am in love with this set and may just get another set to add to it. Very pleased! 11/18/2009
LOVE this product! I am very pleased with this set. A lot of other reviewers are correct in that the actual color is a bit darker than what you see in the photo, but it is more beautiful than the photo in my opinion and satisfied what I was looking for. I disagree with reviewers who say the color is close to brown - you can still tell this is a deep red. The dinner plates are a little big. The cups and bowls are perfect. Great quality for the price - would think the price would be much higher for such nice dishes. I would recommend this set to everyone! 02/26/2010
This is a bad investment! I loved the look of these dishes, unfortunately that's all they're good for. They break way to easy, in the dishwasher, in the microwave, etc... I've had them since Christmas (5 month's) already down three dinner plates, one small plate and one bowl. Of the remaining dishes, most of them are chipped. Poor quality! Don't waste your money. This is the first time I've taken the time to review ANY product, that is how dissapointed I am with this set. 05/12/2011
