The price was right My adult daughter, an Oprah fan, requested the book as one of her gifts. One of the authors is Oprah's trainer. I checked out top bookstores then hit the Walmart site. Walmart's price, with the "big" $.75 shipping fee and tax, came out to at least $10. less than elsewhere. I ordered the book and it was delivered to my house in two days. Cannot beat the price or the great delivery - cannot beat Walmart!! Sorry but I cannot attest to the information in the book but my daughter is happy and that's what counts!! 12/25/2009
Good information I have only just started reading this book. But overall it seems to have good solid information. As a diabetic I will find it quite useful. Worth checking it out. 08/12/2010
Very Educational I have been a diabetic for about 9 years now; and thought I knew everything I needed to know. After reading this book, I cant tell you how much more I learned. I was so excited and eager to try out the new things that this book taught me. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who is facing diabetes for the first time or someone who (like me) has been dealing with this for years. 02/28/2010
