It's "Fright Night", a horrific howl starring Chris Sarandon as the seductive vampire and William Ragsdale as the frantic teenager struggling to keep Jerry's deadly fangs out of his neck. Only 17-year-old Charley Brewster (Ragsdale) knows Jerry's bloodcurdling secret. When Charley can't get anybody to believe him, he turns to TV horror host Peter Vincent (Roddy McDowall), who used to be the "Great Vampire Killer" of the movies. Can these mortals save Charley and his sweetheart Amy (Amanda Bearse) from the wrathful bloodsucker's toothy embrace? Great Movie I have always enjoyed Walmarts movies. This one is no exception. It was a great movie, just like I remembered it as a teenager. My husband and kids enjoyed it also. It is scary, but not too scary for little ones to watch. This is something that is fun to watch on a rainy, cold October night!! 10/10/2007
A Classic Better than the new one. 10/14/2011
Classic horror film I ordered this movie when the re-make hit theaters. It is still on of my favorite horror movies. Just enough comedy to take the edge off, no gratuitous violence and gore, a smart story line. Lame eighties special effects, but campy and fun to watch. 10/03/2011
fun time. This is easily one of my favorite vampire movies of all time. A great mix of horror and comedy. This movie is currently being remade, although I am not sure of it's theatrical release date... Make sure you get a chance to see this one before hollywood ruins yet another classic... 06/03/2010
