Real Kettlebell bootcamp I completely agree with the description of the publisher. This is an excellent Kettlebell video. Angie Miller is a wonderful instructor. If you watch and follow the tutorial you'll have no problem with the workouts. I am not saying that it'll be easy, as the title says is "bootcamp", but if you stay with it you'll boost your metabolism, burn fat and gain great balance. 11/30/2009
Awesome video but not for a beginner in my opinion I love this video it is fabulous for those who want more of a challenge and firm up those glutes, abs, and pecs.....I felt it was perfect for someone like me who has been doing kettlebell for six months...It will work up a sweat and make your heart pump..and pump up your muscles too. And if you get tired of hearing her talk through the workout then you can set it to the music only option... 06/21/2011
Kettlebell Bootcamp Great DVD, easy to follow tutorial and workouts. I was pleased because my husband and I have not worked out in a while and the tutorial was perfect for Kettlebell beginners.We got a great workout. We will need to practice some of the moves but it offers 3 levels from beginners to advanced. I believe the DVD will challenge all depending the level of fitness you are at and help us reach our goals as we progress from beginners to advanced. 06/19/2009
