I stand all or walk all day at work. And at the end off the workout im more energized then when I started. But most importantly my knees joints don't ache. 01/03/2010
Rated 5 out of 5★by Fantastic Workout I'm a Tae Bo girl and was looking for something to boost my workout without ruining my knees. Needless to say, this workout was it! I lost 4 pounds in the past two weeks I've been doing it (just 4 out of the 5 miles) and I feel fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking to boost their workouts, or even to do it by itself; I do the miles by themselves on the weekend and I still feel great. You will LOVE this. 01/09/2010
Rated 5 out of 5★by This is an awesome DVD! Leslie Sansone is a walking guru! I like this DVD because you can switch it up to make it a bit different every time. If you do the whole 5 miles you are looking at ~65min and it is totally worth it! I have done some of her other DVDs but this one is going to be my favorite because it is quick and challenging but not too painful. : ) 02/13/2010
Rated 4 out of 5★by Really good walk-at-home workout This workout is great for those who are just starting off…and I would definitely recommend it, but for those avid high impact aerobic exercisers, this may be too easy for you that it doesn’t raise your heart rate enough to burn calories.I started off doing the first 2 miles 5 times a week and every week I would add another mile till I got to doing all 5 miles. This is a really good lower body work out. It really works the legs especially the saddlebag areas. The side steps and side tap outs really work the legs out especially if you sit/squat really low to the point where you can really feel your muscles burning as you go from side to side. It is okay for the upper body, but not if you want to tone your arms. I will usually carry 2lb weights on the 1st and 3rd miles or 2nd and 4th miles just to get a good arm workout.It’s been 4 months now and I still do this 5 mile workout but every other day and another higher impact aerobic workout for my upper body and abs on the opposite days. So far I’ve lost 12lbs, 6” from my waist, and 4” from my hips. 02/18/2010

I've done a lot of leslie's dvd's, but the others were a bit old fashioned and I find this one to be modern and motivating. So far so good! I love the option of doing individual miles or all the 5 at once! 02/19/2010

It has boosted 12min. miles up to 5 miles and this workout really challenges you.I rotate between the DVD's depending on my time and this way I don't miss a beat!Walking with Leslie is fun and I look forward to it! 03/02/2010
