My daughter wanted a pink one for my grand daughters 2 year birthday, I have checked them out and I just couldnt see the need for a 400.00 toy, I was looking on walmart for another power wheels and I saw the black one.. and it was a 100.00 cheaper then the pink !!!! I snaged it right up, ordered sight to store and it even came in a week early !! 2 days later it was 400.00.
for what I paid it was worth the price, all the body parts lined up, everything was packaged well. and ill know sept 3 if it works. I did however add items to it, I added led head lights that come on when going forward, and I did add a under-glow kit under it, and changed stripes and lettering to purple, I still have 50.00 less in it then the cost of the pink one.
Rated 5 out of 5 by thetvdeva Great little car for kids!
We got our kids the Escalade as a replacement because they did have a older version of the John Deere Gator, but they wore the tires right off. I really like this Power Wheels Escalade because it's much quieter than the Gator and it has door's! I highly recommend this product!
Rated 4 out of 5 by GMFan One of my other grandkids has an older Fisher-Price Escalade and it was more expensive, but had a more expensive fit and finish. The looks of this model are a little less exciting. However, If this Escalade lasts as long as the older one, my grandaughter should be driving it for a long, long time.

It's everything we expected. The children love it.
Rated 4 out of 5 by NJTeach Love It - But a Pain to Put Together
My son loves this (and I will admit I do, too). It was time consuming to put together and takes a full day to charge. It's not complicated to put together, but it does take a good hour of your time. It is a great toy for my three year old. I do admit - as others have said - the back wheels do spin and he does get stuck occasionally, but nothing terrible. In addition, a hill is a bit of a struggle. I was concerned about my driveway because it is on a bit of an incline, but this works pretty well - better than expected based on other reviews.

We love it! He wanted a car that u could open the doors. The only bad is it said that it had a battery meter so u would know when to charge it did not.
Rated 1 out of 5 by usarmyoverlord A Waste of time...
I ordered this truck online using the site to store plan while I was deployed. But once I got the truck home my son drove it for ten minutes until the two back wheels came off. The store claims its a defect. I got my son a ATV Power wheels instead. So much for christmas...
Rated 1 out of 5 by Janetsworld Not good on Grass!
I got this for my Grandkid's ages 1 and 3. I had it shipped to Walmart and assembled by them. I picked it up about a week ago. The kids only drove it twice. The black top Rd worked OK but had to keep pushing it to get it unstuck. This time I put him in the grass the back wheels kept spinning, we gave up. Also the radio does not work I tried and tried would pick a song and when he moved it stopped. I would not recommend this. I am going to try to return it. Not sure if I want to try a different one or not.
Rated 2 out of 5 by ERAC6329 Could be much better for the money
As big as the box was, I expected the car to be pretty much assembled. Nope - It took about 2 - 3 hours for one person to assemble and get all the stickers on this truck. The finish looks kind of dull like you have it owned it for years even though it's brand new. If you have any kind of incline on a grassy area, this truck will not go. The back wheels will just spin. You need to be on a flat surface or down slope on the grass. I expected more for the price. The car is so big that you have to turn it side ways to get it out your house door unless you have extra wide doors. So, once you get it out of the house, expect to leave it out in the garage. I could not imagine having to carry this in & out of the house whenever you use it. It's heavy once assembled. My kids love it though.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Ogler Wouldn't go up a 5 degree incline on dry grass
Took about two hours to assemble & get all the decals in place. Seemed well built but when my kids got in it, they couldn't go 5 feet on our lawn with it, the wheels just spin. I will be returning it on Monday.
Rated 5 out of 5 Great car for my 3-yr-old
My son truly loved this car. Everytime we went to WalMart he would make me go through that aisle. He wants to go out every day and the best thing is that it holds two kids so my son takes his 18-month-old brother for a ride!! It is a great product but I'm wondering something...if it has a working FM radio, why doesn't it have a working honk? The car would be PERFECT if it had a honk!! Overall, I would recommend it to other parents.
Rated 5 out of 5 by 7777man Very nice.
We ordered on line right at the store, and although it took a couple more days then estimated, it was worth the wait. Very easy and hassle free pick-up.

We bought this Escalade for our son who is 5 1/2. His friend across the street has an F150 Power Wheels and they played together with it a lot. When he moved away we decided to get our son his own and went with the Escalade because it was cheaper and seemed bigger. He LOVES it! We LOVE it! Everyone LOVES it! He wakes up in the morning and goes right out to drive it. It's all he wants to do. The battery lasts about 3-4 hours so we have to charge it a little throughout the day. Usually we plug it in while we're having lunch and dinner and that's enough to get him through the rest of the day. Then we charge it overnight. All the kids in the neighborhood take turns riding with him and they all want their own. Even my older daughter drives it just fine, and she's 5 feet tall and weighs about 115 pounds. (The suggested weight limit is 130 pounds.) It still goes plenty fast with her in it. I think this is a fantastic purchase for any kid age 3 and up. It might be a little too much to handle for a 2 year old, unless he has some experience with smaller Power Wheels and it is kept on low speed. But it will be played with for many years, and can be passed down to younger siblings. (Friends of ours have a Jeep that several siblings have been using since the oldest, now 9, has had since she was 2). It is definitely worth every penny and more.
Putting it together wasn't hard at all. It took about an hour for two of us working together, and about 30 minutes to add the decals. The only tool needed is a phillips screwdriver. My suggestion is to put the decals on the dash BEFORE putting on the steering wheel. It would probably be ok to put all the decals on before assembly, but it may be tough to determine correct placement of some until it is assembled. Also, KEEP THE BOX! It provides additional hours of fun!!

My 3 yr old got this for a birthday present and he loves it. I ordered it online and when i went to pick it up the box was huge, so you need a large trunk area to transport it home. It has to be put together, so i asked if walmart would charge to do the assembly-- It was free(5 to 7 day wait), but it was worth the time saved. It is a great looking product. You will be giving your child driving lessons at an early age. It goes pretty fast at the lowest speed. The fm radio goes in and out, depending on the area your in, but still a nice feature to have. It only took my 3 yr old a couple of hrs to get the hang of turning the wheel. Great product and he will have it for a couple of yrs to come.
Rated 5 out of 5 by elisha2002 Great Product for the Price
I purchased this power wheels due to price. Walmart had the best price overall that I could find at the time of purchase. My 3 yr old loves her truck! It was just as described. I wish it would have came with an ipod hookup instead of a radio as the radio does not like to keep a channel for very long but for kids it works fine. This truck does not have speakers in the back as other Escalades advertise so keep that in mind when purchasing. It does have a hard time going in grass on the low speed but we found it to work just fine on the high speed. Overall, I am very happy with this truck and my child loves it.
Rated 5 out of 5 by RaffPee Very good power wheels
My nephew has one for over a year now and I am impressed with the battery life. My 3 yr old son had the $50 electric power wheel (Handy Manny) and the battery life is terrible. We bought a second battery and spent $35 and too went dead after a few weeks. Basically, this is "You get for what you paid for" product. My son enjoys riding the Escalade (owned by my nephew) a lot. The only issue I see is carrying the Escalade into the house where a few steps of stairs could be difficult for one person. I don't see this in my house because we can simply ride the Escalade in the garage. Walmart.com has the best price and I immediately bought it and have it shipped to the store for free. It will take a week or so to arrive at the store. My son is so excited. I have a younger son (1 year old) who would inherit the Escalade. I hope the original battery is still good by the time my youngest son turns 2. I highly recommend this product. If money is not an object, buy it anywhere available for immediate pickup.
Rated 5 out of 5 by GoodStuffGoodDeals Great for the bigger kids too
Our kids are 5 and 6 and just asked for one of these. We were worried that they wouldn't fit in one or at least not for very long. We tried out several different kinds of Power Wheels and this one was a great fit. They should both fit for the next year or so. It was easy to put together. I think the people who had issues with wheels falling off didn't secure things tight enough. We also put most of the stickers on before we put it all together. If you are giving this as a gift, you should take that battery out of the box and charge it so they can drive it as soon as it is put together. It needs 18-30 hours to charge. My kids are LOVING theirs!

Son loves it. Great product that he will get years of enjoyment out of. A bit expensive but they are well built and do last a long time.
Rated 4 out of 5 by JaxsonsRide Excellent One-time Monthly Payment for 2 1/2yrold
The joke is, our 2 1/2 yr old has an Escalade and it only cost $284.00 (downpayment and monthly pymt) a typical $70,000 vehicle.
So as Christmas 2011 fast approached, we couldn't pass this up the price was unbelievable @ $284.00, compared to all the other stores out there. We chose the Site-To-Store shipping method, which I thought would be a real quick turnaround as far as being able to go to the store right away to pick it up, but we were told that it would take approximately 2 1/2 weeks to arrive, with enough time to spare before Santa was to make his delivery.
My husband arrived at the store, during the christmas holiday with about 5 minutes to spare before, closing time to pick up gifts. The associates at walmart were exceptional and found the "large" box within minutes. So they say this comes in pieces, that's no joke, and took my husband about an hour and a half to read the directions and put the entire thing together. Overall great buy, great experience, so far so good and no complaints
Rated 4 out of 5 by SamsBestFriend The Cadillac of PowerWheels
The vehicle is BIG. If you can get is on sale, it's a bargain over other competitors. Assembly is very easy, it's the stickers that take all the time. You can put it together in about an hour with a power drill and a phillips bit. The decals will take another hour, or so. If you put it together inside your house, best measure your doorway or have french doors to get it outside. It does have a lock-out feature for the hi-speed if you have a younger child. It does not have any lighting or horn, which woud be a minor improvement. Both doors open/close, but do not lock shut. The "seat belts" don't lock, but will hold your child in place since they are merely velcro straps. Would recommend buying a second battery so your child can come in for a lightning quick pit-stop to swap out the battery then contiune drag-racing the neighbor kids. The radio is nominally #i.e. barely# functional, but there is LOTS of legroom for the growing baby. Chrome wheels give it a flashy look. Side windows are somewhat see-through, but you cannot see through the front windshield at all. There are no brakes; like all the other power wheels, the wheels lock-out when you let off the "gas" pedal.
Another great bragain from Wal-Wart if you can get it on sale. With free shipping to the store, it's an even better deal. HOWEVER, it is a BIG vehicle, so bring a big vehicle to pick it up. You'll need a Pick-up or van/SUV with fold-down seats. It will into fit into your family sedan.
It is all plastic and says it will hold 130 pounds..... haven't tried it with a full load, but i'm guessing that the tires will lose traction under that type of load.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Raven76 Christmas gift for my five year old
He hasn't been able to ride this fabulous toy yet because santa is bringing it Christmas. Very nice toy and very big! Has all the nice features but didn't like the assembly process although it was clear cut...too many parts and decals to put together. Overall, this is a great toy and I hope it will last for years to come.

WALMART HAD THE MOST COMPETITIVE PRICE !!!!
Great fun for 3 year old girl to drive and for her 1 and 1/2 year old younger sister to ride !!
Plan on time to assemble - about 3-4 hours.
Also plan on the super big box to fit in a large SUV with the back seats down. (Walmart personnel helped me in the parking lot !!!)

Timely shipping to the store nearest our home. Product was packed securely and all pieces were intact and included. Instructions for assembly were stated in clear and plain English. Step by step instructions, with included pictures, made a quick job of this assembly. Best to try and use an electric screwdriver, as lots of screws were used. Just be careful if using an electric screwdriver to not tighten to tightly.
Product was purchased for our 4 1/2 Granddaughter, who truly loves it. The radio doesn't get very good reception but, is still cool.
All in all, a good buy for us :)

I really like the power wheel, I just wish the door was more sturdy and the radio played clear. Me and my husband put it together and direction was very simple and easy. I believe it's well worth the money but it's only been a full week my kids playing with it. My daughter 4yrs old love the truck she don't want to go to sleep. it ride great and the battery actually last 3 to 4hrs. Great details like a real caddy only missing electric windows and a

We love it and my 2 1/2 year old son thinks he's the coolest kid around. It wasn't bad putting it together - we enjoy that kind of thing. Waiting for the battery to charge was the hard part (18 hours for the first charge). It's great on the grass and inclines, it even goes over our curbs with no problem. I personally think it was worth the money.

We bought this for my sons 3rd birthday and there is not a sunny day that passes without taking the Cadillac out. It is easy to drive and he absolutely loves it. It was not hard to put together, the only down fall is the battery takes almost 30 hours to charge and that is a long time for a 3 year old to wait but the wait is certainly well worth it.
