Ingredients: Tilapia (Carbon Monoxide Treated to Retain Natural Color). Contains Fish (Tilapia), )Packed In A Facility That Also Processes Crustacean Shellfish).
Instructions: Talullah's tilapia with boiled new potatoes: 1 pound tilapia fillets, fully thawed; 1 cup milk; 1/2 cup flour; 1/2 cup sliced almonds; 1/2 stick of butter; 1 lemon; 1 sprig of parsley; 8-12 small red skinned potatoes (or as desired). Cooking: before preparing your fish, boil small, new or red skinned potatoes in their jackets; drain And keep warm at 200 in oven while fish is cooking. Take fillets And dip in milk. Dust with flour seasoned with salt And pepper. Melt half of the butter in a pan. Saute fillets, turning once. Remove to a warm platter. Melt remainder of butter in the pan And add almonds. Fry until lightly browned. Pour over fillets. Garnish. Serve generously sprinkled with salt And fresh ground black pepper. Thaw before cooking: to thaw: remove fillets form vacuum wrap. Place fillets in plastic bag And set beg into bowl of lukewarm water until thawed. Grill: preheat grill. Season with salt And pepper. Turn after 3 to 4 minutes. Continue to grill - until fish flakes when pierced with a fork. Bake: preheat oven to 375. place fish in oiled baking dish. Season to taste. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes - until fish flakes when pierced with a fork. Broil: set oven to broil. Position fish in pan And season to taste. With fish 4 to 5 inches from heat, broil about 5 minutes - until fish flakes when pierced with a fork. Keep frozen
