Mix yeast: stir together 1 packet yeast(included), 1 tsp. Sugar And 2 tbsp. Warm water (115-120 f) in a smallbowl. Set aside for 10 minutes until frothy. Prepare dough: in a largemixing bowl, combine golden temple naan flatbread mix (included), 2/3cup warm milk (115-120 f), And 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil. Add yeast mixture(step #1) And stir, shaping into a ball. Knead for 3-5 minutes, To forma pliable dough ball. Place in a lightly oiled bowl And cover with adamp cloth. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Shape & roll:divide dough into 8 equal pieces, And roll into ball. Hand-flatten eachpiece into a oval shape. Use firm pressure, creating a small depressionin the center with the heel Of your hand. Roll out To 1/8" thick with arolling pin-dough must be thin To cook properly. Traditional naanflatbread is usually oval or tear-drop shaped And a bit thicker onoutside edges. Cook: preheat heavy fry pan To medium/medium-high*. Brusheach piece Of naan flatbread dough with oil on both sides. Cook naanflatbread dough pieces, 2 at a time, adjusting heat as needed**. Naanflatbread dough should puff slightly, forming golden brown spots onbottom. Turn naan flatbread And cook until browned on second side;lightly press the naan flatbread with a spatula for even browning. Whendone, brush naan flatbread with melted butter And sprinkle with salt.Serve immediately!
