Rated 5 out of 5 by mittensgizmo Good Work Out They always make it look so easy on the show which is not the case at all! Its a great work out and it works all parts of the body. The toning work out is really good too! You can feel it working. The thing I like about DWTS DVD's is that you can get a good work out anytime of the day and you dont have to worry bout the weather while working out. 02/22/2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Soga Best one yet! Yes, I am a grasper, looking for quick weight loss! And it's rare to find a workout video that doesn't make you want to turn it off after 5 minutes. I was going to buy zumba but it was too much money and saw this. OMG it is almost like zumba, just not so high impact and "hip-hop like" and 1/3 the price! It was so much fun that I didn't even notice that I had done 45 minutes of it! Yes, there are times that I just cannot get the moves, they go too fast, but it'll just take practice! 03/06/2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by 911Momof5kids MUST have Dance EXP. This product should have somewhere on it, that this is NOT FOR THE NOVICE. This is much like a Zumba workout. This is VERY FAST PACED and not easy to follow if you don't know or have never danced latin dance.NOT FOR VERY BIG people who get winded on a tread mill. 02/24/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Carsongal Horrible! I bought this DVD thinking that it would be a nice alternative to the Rockin' Body DVD set that I already own, and I am VERY disappointed! Not only are the moves not explained well, but half the time Maxim seems like he doesn't know what he's doing and keeps looking off camera for suggestions #?#. The only segment that was worthwhile was the toning part, so I am returning this in hopes of finding another routine that I will enjoy. 02/19/2013
