great product I love this shredder. I had a lot of paper work to shred and it did it with no problem, or getting hot and stopping. 08/21/2011
Quiet, strong, effective. Much quieter than we're used to.10 pages of 20 lb bond went though with no problem although it slowed to just faster than half the speed of 7 pages. Any less than 8 is just about the same good speed.My old one would leave parts of a single thin receipt connected at the trailing edge. This one leaves no pieces connected with the thin receipt or the stack of 10 pages.Then I put 3 to 8 pages through at a time for almost an hour nonstop with two people feeding it. We ran out of receipts and credit card offers before any hint of it starting to get hot. (I did oil the teethe only once before I started.) 12/30/2011
