There are two easy ways to add items to your registry on Walmart.com:
Browse & Add - Browse through the site. When you find an item you like, simply click Add to My Registry. If you're signed in to both the site and your registry, the item will be added.
View Our Top Item Lists - Registering for all the items you need can be a little overwhelming, so we've provided lists of top-selling items in lots of categories. Just go through the list and select the items and quantity of each you want. It's easy!
Print out this page and take it with you. This is your "key" to your registry in the store.

Print out our handy checklists to help you organize what you want to register for.
Step 3:
Go to the Jewelry department with this printout and ask an associate for a handheld gift registry scanner.
Step 4:
Scan the Registry ID bar code on this page. You must have a registry and be signed in to have a registry ID bar code. When you are signed in, the bar code will display here.
Step 5:
Start scanning items by aiming the scanner at the item's barcode and pressing the trigger.
Step 6:
When you're done, return to the Jewelry department and place the scanner in the base near the Gift Registry kiosk. The scanner display will show that items are being uploaded to your registry.
Step 7:
Wait a few minutes, find your registry on the Gift Registry kiosk and print out a copy.
