What do I do if I don't have a password?

You should have received a password in the activation email that was sent when your order was shipped. If you cannot find this email, or did not receive one, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-411-7942 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CT), Monday through Friday and a Customer Service associate will be happy to help you.
