Road Hazard Warranty
The Road Hazard Warranty is just $10.00 per tire and covers:
- Unforeseen road hazards
- Flat repairs
- Free replacement of non-repairable tires within the first 25% of tread wear
The Road Hazard Warranty is honored at all Walmart Tire & Lube Express locations nationwide, except for the state of New York.

Tread Wear Mileage Warranty
If the tread on a tire wears down to its wear bars before reaching its warranted mileage, we will issue credit toward a replacement tire on a prorated basis.
For example, if a tire warranted for 40,000 miles wore out after 20,000 miles, you would receive a credit of half the original price of that tire toward the current price of a new replacement tire.
Please note: Uneven or premature tire wear caused by a vehicle's mechanical problems is not covered by this warranty.

Rotating Tires
You should have your tires rotated about every 7,500 miles to ensure even wear and longer tread life. If you purchased our Lifetime Balance Plan, Walmart Tire & Lube Express will rotate your tires at no charge for the life of the tires.

Balancing Tires
Walmart Tire & Lube Express locations feature special computerized machines that spin the tire that is mounted on its wheel to determine if it's evenly balanced. Balancing eliminates up-and-down bouncing and side-to-side wobbling.
If you purchase our
Lifetime Balance Plan, your Walmart Tire & Lube Express will rebalance your tire at no charge for the life of the tire.
