Starting or Updating a Registry or Wish List

Most items can be added directly to your registry online. Just click the "Add to My Registry" or "Add to My Wish List" link on any item page on Walmart.com.

You can create your online Registry or Wish List with these steps:

1. Click "Registry" at the top of any Walmart.com page.
2. Click "Create a Registry."
3. Enter your personal information, and select a four-digit PIN.
4. Review your personal information and click Submit.
5. Start adding items. Once you find an item that you'd like to add to your registry, click Add to My Registry and the item will be added.

3. Enter your personal information and select a four-digit PIN.
4. Review your personal information and click Submit.
5. Start adding items. Once you find an item that you'd like to add to your wish list, click Add to My Wish List and select "Add to My Wish List." The item will automatically be added.

Please note: Your PIN is an added security measure only for your Registry or Wish List. Be sure to remember your PIN or record it in a safe place, because it is required for future access to your Registry or Wish List information on Walmart.com.

You can edit your Registry or Wish List online with these steps:

1. Click "Registry" or "Wish List" at the top of any Walmart.com page.
2. Click "Edit My Registry" (or Wish List).
3. Enter your PIN before to access your Registry or Wish List.
4. Click Edit next to the information you wish to change.
5. Make your changes and then click Update.

The Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you create is added security for your Gift Registry or Wish List, and is used to access it for changes or additions in the future. Your PIN number is a 4-digit number; it should be one that is easy for you to remember.

Please note: Your PIN is a different type of identification than your Walmart.com account password. If you have forgotten your PIN, you can access it by providing your registry information.

To view your store registry online, follow these steps:

1. Click "Registry" or "Wish List" at the top of any Walmart.com page.
2. Under "Manage a Registry", choose "Connect My Store Registry."
3. Enter the PIN you created when you started your registry or Wish List.
4. Choose the Gift Registry or Wish List you want to connect and click the Connect button.

You and your guests can now access your Gift Registry or Wish List both online and at the Gift Registry kiosk in any Walmart store.

Find the department listed on the Registry (such as Baby, Home, Toys, etc.). The item you are looking for will be in that department. If you have any trouble finding an item, please ask a Walmart Associate.

When items from your registry are purchased on Walmart.com, Thank You Tracker lists the name of the purchaser, the item they bought, the date it was purchased and other key details. (The name of the purchaser will not display on items bought at a Walmart store.)

How to use Thank You Tracker:

1. Click "Registry" or "Wish List" at the top of any Walmart.com page.
2. Click "Edit My Registry" (or Wish List). You must enter your PIN before you can access your Gift Registry or Wish List.
3. Click on "Thank You Tracker," then click "Received."
4. After you send a thank-you note, click the "Note Sent" box.
5. Use the "Comments" box to remind yourself of important details about the gift (i.e., name of the purchaser of Walmart store items).
