Prescription Order History

If you have created your pharmacy account online: The prescriptions you've refilled online are located in the View Order History page. They are listed by the date each one was last refilled, and the most recent refill requests are listed first. Click the "Order Details" link in the left column to find information on a specific prescription.

If you have not created your pharmacy account online: Your prescriptions will be listed in the order they were requested on the Prescription History page. The last prescription you refilled will be at the top of the list.

If you have created your pharmacy account online: Sign in and go to the View Order History page. Here, you can sort your prescriptions by drug name.

If you have not created your pharmacy account online: You'll need to call your pharmacist to find the actual name of a drug. The phone number for your Wal-Mart Pharmacy is on the Order Details page for the prescription.

Tip: If you've set up Refill Reminders for this prescription, then you may have entered its name in the reminder email. Just go to the Set Refill Reminders section. The medication name would be listed next to the prescription number.
