Prescription History, Order Status, and Medical Expense Reports

To access your Walmart Pharmacy account online, you'll need to have the following:

• A patient account established at any Walmart Pharmacy
• A Walmart.com account with a last name that exactly matches the name on your Walmart Pharmacy patient account
• A prescription number for a prescription that was filled at a Walmart Pharmacy in the last 18 months

Once all of these criteria are met, you can sign up to access your Pharmacy account and view your prescription information from any location with an Internet connection.

To view your order history or the status of an order, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Walmart.com account if you haven't already.
2. Access your Walmart Pharmacy account by answering your security question.
3. Select "View Status & History" on the left side of the page.

You can also start by clicking the link mentioned in step 3 and sign in when you are prompted.

Prescriptions are listed in the order they were filled, most recent on top. Order status is located in the right-hand column.

You can also view prescription history with the Walmart Mobile app. Here's how:

1. Download and install the version created for your smart phone.
2. Select Pharmacy.
3. Select View Prescription History.
4. Sign into your account.

You can then view the prescriptions you've filled at a Walmart Pharmacy.

To find information on your last refill, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Walmart.com account if you haven't already.
2. Access your Walmart Pharmacy account by answering your security question.
3. Select "View Status & History" on the left side of the page.

You can sort by last fill date, prescription name, refills remaining, prescribing doctor, or auto refill status.

If you haven't signed up to access your Pharmacy online account, you'll need to call your pharmacist to find the actual name of a drug.

To find the name of your prescribing doctor, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Walmart.com account if you haven't already.
2. Access your Walmart Pharmacy account by answering your security question.
3. Select "View Status & History" on the left side of the page.

Your Pharmacy orders that fall within the selected date range will be displayed.

1. Sign in to your Walmart.com account if you haven't already.
2. Access your Walmart Pharmacy account by answering your security question.
3. Select "Medical Expense Report" on the left side of the page.
4. Select the date range for which you want to view your Walmart Pharmacy expenses.
5. Click View Report.
6. When the expenses for the selected date range are displayed, click "Print" or Download File.

You can also start by clicking the link mentioned in step 3 and sign in when you are prompted. Your Pharmacy orders that fall within the selected date range will be displayed.

Your Walmart Medical Expense Summary contains sensitive health information. We recommend that you save this file to your personal computer only and take steps to prevent unauthorized access.

Due to variations in prescription price and insurance coverage, the price of your prescription is calculated when the prescription is filled. This means online orders cannot be calculated automatically, so any order that is still processing won't have the price listed until the pharmacist fills the order.
