Your prescription will be ready for pick up during Pharmacy hours any time after the time you scheduled when you placed your order.

Your "pickup time" is not an appointment to pick up your prescription; it is simply the earliest time you can go to the pharmacy to get your prescription.

Please Note: The available pick-up times are based on the pharmacy hours and number of refills available on your prescriptions; if the prescription has no more refills or is expired, it may take longer to refill while we contact your doctor. If you place your order within an hour of the pharmacy's closing time, your prescription will not be ready until 12 p.m. the following day.

You can send someone to pick up your prescription for you. Please print out your Online Refill Confirmation page and have that person take it to the Pharmacy for reference.

In some states, anyone picking up a controlled substance will need to present a valid photo ID when they come to the pharmacy to pick up the medication.
