To edit information in your pharmacy account profile, select the "Personal Profile" link under the Account Features heading on the main Pharmacy page. The information that your profile currently contains will be displayed in the following sections:

• Personal Information
• Drug Allergies
• Rx Express Pay
• Insurance Information
• Prescription Notifications
• Suspend Pharmacy Account Online
• Change Pharmacy Account Online Security Method

You can edit information in each of these sections except Insurance and Drug Allergies. These must be changed in person at your Walmart Pharmacy. For your security, you must also visit a Walmart Pharmacy to change your name, gender, date of birth or the alternate address associated with your account.

You can edit your email address by going to your Walmart.com account profile. Your Walmart.com account and Walmart Pharmacy account share this email address.

To change your insurance information, please bring your current medical insurance card to your Wal-Mart Pharmacy. This helps ensure that you receive the prescription insurance coverage to which you are entitled.

If you choose to receive the Prescription Expiration Reminder, we will send you an email whenever one of your Walmart Pharmacy prescriptions is nearing its expiration date.
