If you have questions or would like to place a prescription refill order, contact customer service at 1-800-2REFILL, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST), Saturday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (CST).

Please note: Always request your prescriptions at least two weeks before your current prescription runs out to allow for processing and mailing time.
New Walmart.com Pharmacy Customers
To transfer a prescription from another pharmacy:
- Create a Pharmacy Account
- Provide your prescription information, including the name and phone number of your current pharmacy.
- Complete your order by entering your delivery address, shipping method and payment information.
- The Walmart pharmacist will confirm your prescription information and get your order on its way to you.
To order a new prescription:
If you received a new written prescription from your physician, follow these steps:
- Download and complete the Prescription Order Form.
- Mail the form with the original written prescription(s) to:

Carrollton, TX 75011-5112 - The Walmart pharmacist will confirm your prescription information and you will receive an automated confirmation call that your order is in process.
Current Walmart.com Pharmacy Customers
To order your refill:
- Sign in to your Walmart.com Pharmacy account.
- Select the prescriptions you would like to refill, then click Order Refills.
- Select Home Delivery.
- Complete your order by entering your delivery address, shipping method and payment information.

Pricing
Walmart Pharmacy Home Delivery provides competitive pricing on 90-day prescriptions. (In-store pricing may differ.)
Payment
Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage for mail-order prescriptions varies by provider and plan. Customers covered by insurance may also be eligible for co-pay or deductible savings. Some health plans do not cover Walmart Mail Service or 90-day supplies.
Payment Methods
- A one-time payment must be made by credit card
- For automatically refilled prescriptions shipped via Home Delivery, you must sign up for Easy Pay. We will charge your credit card each time we refill your order.
