Step 1:
From the Pharmacy main page, on the left, click the "Create an Account" link.
Step 2:
Keep in mind that before a new prescription can be filled, you must send us a copy of your paper prescription or take it in to a Walmart Pharmacy.
Step 3:
Create your account. If you have a child under 13 years of age, you can manage their prescriptions by creating an account for them.
Step 4:
Review the Pharmacy Notice of Privacy and click the "Continue" button.
Step 5:
Enter your Walmart pharmacy prescription and store numbers, as well your date of birth, then click "Submit."
Step 6:
Pick a security method and keep your personal information private.
Step 7:
Confirm the requested security information by clicking "Continue."
Step 8:
Add to or update any of the personal information displayed.
