With Walmart Corporate Accounts, our business customers have access to quick and easy online ordering and dedicated support that includes:
- Access to their invoices and order history
- Ability to enter an optional PO number to help keep their own records accurate
- Option to pay for orders with a wire transfer, or by sending us a check

Making Purchases with a Walmart Corporate Account
At this time, Corporate Accounts can only be used to purchase Walmart Gift Cards. Corporate Account holders can purchase, reload or refund Gift Cards right from our website, 24 hours a day.
Note: Online Gift Cards are not available for purchase with a Corporate Account.

Payment Methods Available for a Corporate Customers

We are not able to accept the Walmart Community and Business Card. We do not accept checks or money orders. Please do not send cash.
Note: Walmart.com supports Verified by VISA (VbV), a security technology that authenticates your VISA card and ensures that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order.

Wire Transfer and Check Payments
Payment is due immediately after order placement. Payment not received within 60 days will result in the cancellation of the order, and may result in the suspension of your Corporate Account.

Qualifying for a Walmart Corporate Account
Anyone with a valid U.S. business license can apply for a Corporate Account. There are no limitations based on business or order size. You will need to complete an application with basic information about your business (e.g., business license number, tax ID number, contact information, bank information, vendor references, etc.) and agree to our
Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
Once your application is submitted, we will review your information and reply within two business days. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications in our sole discretion.

Applying for a Walmart Corporate Account
To apply for a Walmart Corporate Account, follow these simple steps:
- Go to http://www.walmart.com/giftcards.
- Click on "Corporate Accounts".
- Click "Sign Up" under the Sign In area.
- Follow the on-screen directions to submit your application.
Once your application is submitted, we will review your information and reply within two business days. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications in our sole discretion.

Sign In to Your Corporate Account
To sign in to your Corporate Account:
- Go to http://www.walmart.com/giftcards.
- Click on "Corporate Accounts".
- Sign in using the email and password you chose when you created your account.

View Your Corporate Account Status
To view the status of your Corporate Account:
- Sign in to your Corporate Account.
- Click "Your Account" at the top of the page.
- Click "Corporate Account Status."
Your status will be listed as Active, Suspended or Pending.

Purchase Gift Cards With Your Corporate Account
To purchase Gift Cards with your Corporate Account:
- Sign in to your Corporate Account.
- Follow the on-screen directions to purchase Gift Cards.

Reload Gift Cards With Your Corporate Account
To reload Gift Cards using your Corporate Account:
- Sign in to your Corporate Account.
- Click "Reload Gift Cards" on the left.
- Choose your desired reload method as described below.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your reload.
There are two ways to reload Gift Cards using your Corporate Account:
Spreadsheet Reload:
Choose this option if you keep your Gift Card records in a spreadsheet or if your want to reload more than 15 Gift Cards. You'll be required to cut and paste a list of Gift Card numbers and reload values.
Manual Reload:
Choose this option if you want to enter each Gift Card number individually.

Refund Gift Cards With Your Corporate Account
To refund Gift Cards using your Corporate Account:
- Sign in to your Corporate Account.
- Click "Refund Gift Cards" on the left.
- Choose your desired refund method as described below.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your refund.
There are two ways to refund Gift Cards using your Corporate Account:
Spreadsheet Refund:
Choose this option if you keep your Gift Card records in a spreadsheet or if your want to refund more than 15 Gift Cards. You'll be required to cut and paste a list of Gift Card numbers and refund values.

Order Cancellation Policy
After you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page, your order begins processing immediately. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
- Sign in to your account.
- Find the order on your account Main Page.
- Click the order number to see the Order Details.
If it is still possible to cancel, you will see a Cancel button on the Order Details page. Click that button to cancel your order. If there is no Cancel button, the order is being shipped and cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them in accordance with our Returns Policy. For most items, you will have the option of returning the items directly to your local Walmart store or to us by mail. Instructions on how to return items will arrive with your order. Please see our
Returns Policy.
