For orders placed directly with Walmart.com, you can return unopened boxes of contact lenses via mail or at your local Wal-Mart store within 90 days of your original purchase. We cannot take back lenses from an open box. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

You can cancel your Walmart.com contact lens order by contacting us at 1-800-714-LOOK (5665). Customer Service Associates are available to assist you from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. (CT), seven days a week. (Kentucky customers, please call 1-800-658-1961.) You can also email us any time at visioncenter@walmart.com. Please have your order number available.
