You can also receive a refund for your gift card by taking it to a store. You must have the original receipt.

1. When I go to pay for my item, the website tells me to enter my gift card number and PIN. I didn't get a gift card. What can I do?

Your gift card number and PIN are located on the 5" by 8" heavy paper program information sheet that you received at the store. On the side with the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee logo, you'll see a strip under Step 2 with wavy black and gray lines. Scratch the security covering off that strip with the edge of a coin or a fingernail and you will reveal your gift card and PIN. Enter these two numbers on the website to pay for your item.

2. I lost my 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card. What can I do?

If you have lost your receipt call customer service at 1-877-745-0190. If you have your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card, the customer service agent will be able to provide you with the access code from your receipt for registering your card.

Lost or stolen 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Cards cannot be refunded without the original receipt. Walmart Stores, Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Cards.

If you no longer want the replacement Walmart Gift Card, the store can provide you with a refund equaling the remaining balance on your card.

3. I lost my receipt and now I can't register my card online because I don't have the Access Code. What should I do?

If you have lost your receipt call customer service at 1-877-745-0190. If you have your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card, the customer service agent will be able to provide you with the access code from your receipt for registering your card.

4. What is the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee?

During this year's Black Friday Event in stores, we are offering the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee on select items. This program guarantees that you can purchase these items for the guaranteed price for one hour after the event start time. If, during this time, we run out of the physical merchandise, you will have the option to purchase a 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card. This card will allow you to register for the product on line and have the item delivered to the store and ready to pick up in time for Christmas. You may choose to have the item delivered to a store other than where you purchased the card with a potential for additional taxes and fees owed based on the pick up store location.

5. How long do I have to register my 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card?

Registration must be completed by 11:59 pm CST on Wednesday, December 4, 2013.

6. I purchased the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card in the store but haven't placed my order on the site. I no longer want the item. Can I get my money back? Can I use the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card for other things?

You can take your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card and original receipt to the store to receive a refund equal to the balance on the card. Or, you can use the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card just like a regular Gift Card for purchases at any Walmart or Sam's Club locations or online in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.

7. How do I find out what my balance is on my 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card?

You can call 1-877-745-0190 or go to https://www.walmart.com/giftcards to check the balance on your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card.

8. Can I use the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card online and in stores?

Yes, you can use the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card to purchase items at any retail format of Walmart Stores, Inc. in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.

9. Can I use my Associate discount on 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee items?

No. Associate discounts are not available for this program. We appreciate your commitment to our customers and hope that you take advantage of your associate discount this holiday season online and in our stores.

10. I registered my 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card on the site, but I no longer want the item. How do I get my money back? Can I get a refund?

Once the item arrives at the store, you can pick up the item at the Walmart.com services area and take the item to the Customer Service desk for a refund. Return the item along with the shipping receipt and the store will provide you with a full refund.

11. When I ordered my item, I didn't list an alternate pickup person. How do I add an alternate pickup person?

You may add an alternate pickup person by visiting My Account after logging into your www.walmart.com account.

12. Will I be able to purchase a product care plan at the register if I purchase a 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card?

No, you will not be able to add a product care plan at the register when you purchase a 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card in the store. You will be able to purchase a product care plan on the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee website during the registration process for an additional charge. An additional form of payment will be required at the time of checkout online.

13. I have chosen to have my item sent to an alternative pickup location, but there is not enough money on my 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card. Why?

Additional taxes and fees may apply during online checkout for orders shipped to a store other than the store where the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card was purchased. Based on ship to location taxes and fees will be recalculated. You may have to pay additional taxes and fees or you may have a credit balance remaining on this card. Be sure to keep your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card and check your balance after ordering your item.

14. I have chosen to have my item sent to an alternative pickup location, but there is not enough money on my 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card to pay additional fees or taxes. What should I do?

You may pay for any additional fees or taxes with another form of payment such as a credit card or another gift card. If you don't have access to either of those forms of payment, you can take your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card to any Walmart store and add additional money onto the card.

15. I have chosen to purchase a product care plan for my item, but there is not enough money on my 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card to pay the additional cost. What should I do?

You may pay for any additional costs with another form of payment such as a credit card or another gift card. If you don't have access to either of those forms of payment, you can take your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card to any Walmart store and add additional money onto the card.

16. I have chosen to purchase a product care plan for my item when I registered. How do I get my product care plan information?

We will send you the product care plan information in an email within 1-2 days after your item has shipped. This ensures that your product care plan start date will closely align with your item receipt date.

17. I purchased the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card for my item, but now the site is telling me I have a substitute. What can I do to get my item?

We're sorry that we ran out of the original item, however, in most cases, we will provide you with a comparable substitution item for the same price. If you do not want the substitute item, you can return your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card with the original receipt to the Customer Service desk in your store for a refund, or you can use the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card on purchases in any retail format of Walmart Stores, Inc. in the U.S. or Puerto Rico. You will be refunded an amount equal to the balance remaining on your card.

18. My 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card is not showing as valid. What should I do?

First, call 1-877-745-0190 or go to https://www.walmart.com/giftcards to ensure that your card has been properly activated. If your card is not valid, please take your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card with your original receipt to your local Walmart store for assistance.

19. My 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card is showing insufficient funds. What should I do?

First, call 1-877-745-0190 or go to https://www.walmart.com/giftcards to ensure that your card has been properly activated and loaded.

A. If the correct amount is on the card, call (877) 745-0190 for assistance.
B. If the correct amount is not on the card

Before 11:59 CST on Dec 1st you can add funds onto your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card, use another form of payment, or use any other gift card to pay the balance of your purchase. To add funds to your card, return to a Walmart store where a service desk associate can determine how much more needs to be added to the card, add the additional amount to the card and return the card to you.

After 11:59 CST on Dec 1st you can choose to have the remaining amount refunded at any Walmart service desk or use the card as a regular Walmart Gift Card.

20. I purchased the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card in stores but now the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee site is closed. What can I do?

You can use the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card just like a regular Gift Card on purchases in any Walmart or Sam's Club locations or online in the U.S. or Puerto Rico. If you would like a refund, please take your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card along with your receipt to the customer service desk for a refund equaling the balance remaining on your card.

21. Can I use the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card for other purchases?

If you intend to purchase the item on the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee, please only use the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card for the item redemption. You may use the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card for other purchases, but if you use it prior to registering for the item on the website, you will not have enough money on the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card to complete your order. You can add money to the 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card, by either visiting the website or taking your card to any Walmart store.

25. Can I get my order shipped to me at home?

No, these items may only be shipped to a store for pick up.

26. When will I be able to pick up my order?

Your order will be available for pickup in the store before Christmas.

27. What if I get to the store and my order is lost or damaged?

If the item is damaged or lost, we will either provide you with a full refund or a comparable replacement, if available.

28. What happens if I don't pick up the item within 14 days?

If you don?t pick up your order within 14 days we will generate a refund for you. The funds for your item will be put back on your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee card. If you no longer have your 1-Hour In Stock Guarantee Card, please contact customer service, and they will transfer the funds to another gift card. If you have used an alternate form of payment for a Product Assurance plan or additional taxes or fees, those funds will be returned to the alternate payment form.

29. I ordered the iPad with the gift card. When will I get my gift card?

After you place your iPad order, you will receive several emails. Emails coming from "Walmart.com" (help@walmart.com) will show status on the order processing for your iPad. Email coming from eshoppingcard@walmart.com will contain your electronic gift card and will be sent shortly after your iPad has shipped. Please be sure to check your spam folders to make sure you don't miss these emails!

30. How do I redeem an electronic Gift Card?

You can redeem a Walmart electronic Gift Card at Walmart.com or Samsclub.com or print it out to use in a Walmart or Sam's Club store.
