Greenleaf's Westville is a replica of a home sold by mail order catalog at the turn of the century. A Greenleaf designer spotted this one in the little hamlet of Westville, New York. Designed in the style of Carpenter Gothic, this dollhouse features long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch; balconies; and roof. There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and two balconies. Shingles and chipboard siding fully capture the look of that "Little House by the Side of the Road."
