How can I track my order?
Sign into Your Account with the user name and password you created when you ordered your item(s). You can view your purchase history to date and full account information. If you see a problem,
email us and we'll fix it.
What are my shipping and delivery options?
We offer free shipping to your store on most Canopy items using our Site to Store service. You can also choose to ship to your home for a nominal fee.
How do I assemble furniture?
We've designed the Canopy Cornerstone Collection to make it easy to quickly enjoy it in your home. Most of our furniture uses an innovative, patent-pending easy-assembly method, while our other pieces use simple screwdriver assembly. Need a little help? How do I return an item?
We want you to love your Canopy purchase. But if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just bring it to any Wal-Mart store. You'll receive a credit to your original payment method, or get a store credit for the cost of the item plus the sales tax. Make sure to bring the invoice for your item, as well as the original packaging and accessories. You can also send the item back via any shipping service you choose. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
