Please Note: Home delivery is currently only available for refills and transfers in select states.
If you do not see this option during checkout, we hope to have it available in your area soon.
Always request your prescriptions at least two weeks before your current
prescription runs out to allow for processing and mailing time.
Walmart Pharmacy Home Delivery provides competitive pricing on both 30- and 90-day prescriptions. (In-store pricing may differ.)
You may be eligible for additional savings by switching to a 90-day supply for maintenance drugs, such as blood-pressure medications. Ask your doctor or insurance company if you are eligible. You will need your prescriptions written for 90-day supplies.
Payment
Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage for mail-order prescriptions varies by provider and plan. Customers covered by insurance may also be eligible for co-pay or deductible savings.
Unfortunately, some insurance companies (including MedcoHealth, PAID prescription plans and some state Medicaids) restrict home delivery services to some customers.
To verify coverage, call your insurance provider.
Credit Cards
All prescriptions filled through Home Delivery must be paid by credit card.
For your convenience, you may wish to sign up for Easy Pay, which allows us to securely store credit card information for your future Walmart.com transactions; you must enroll in Easy Pay for home delivery of automatically refilled prescriptions.
