Total Delivery Time for Your Order
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. You can usually find an item's processing time when you click "See estimated arrival date" on the item page.
Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping times below.

When to Expect Your Order to Arrive
You can usually find out how long it will take an item to arrive by clicking "Estimated arrival date" in the buying options table on the product detail page. A pop-up window will explain the item's total delivery time. For example:
During checkout you can see the estimated arrival date range for each item in your cart. We determine this range using the minimum and maximum processing and shipping times.
For Items Purchased from a Walmart Marketplace Retailer
If the seller of an item is anyone other than "Walmart.com," then that item is being sold by one of our Marketplace Retailers.
Each Marketplace Retailer sets its own shipping methods and times. Most retailers will offer Standard, Expedited Shipping and 1-Day Shipping, but these options will vary by retailer and by product. Site to Store shipping is not available for Marketplace Retailers.

For Items Purchased from Walmart.com
We offer three shipping methods for most items:
- Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days)
- 2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
- 1-Day Shipping (1 business day)
Some items can also be shipped using:
- Freight (5 to 8 business days) - Available only for oversize or heavy items
- Site to Store (7 to 10 business days)
- Site to Store Express (3-5 business days)
The Site to Store logo will appear in the buying options table on the product details page if the item is eligible for that method.
Please note:
- Shipping times do not include processing time (most in stock items generally take 1-2 days to process) and Standard Shipping times only apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous states.
- For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 days.
- Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 3-6 weeks.
Weather-related shipping delays are not within the control of Walmart.com or the Marketplace Retailer.

How Site to Store Works
Use Site to Store to have eligible products shipped for free to your local Walmart or to the Walmart nearest to your friends or family. Here's how:
- Look for the Site to Store logo associated with eligible items.
- During checkout, select Site to Store as the delivery option.
- Select the Walmart store where you would like your items to be picked up.
- We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Please Note: Orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive at the store after your order is processed.
Things to remember about our Site to Store service:
- Product assembly is not included
- Gift wrapping is not available
- Products may be larger than expected due to their packaging — please keep this in mind when considering the vehicle you use to pick up your order

About Site to Store Express
Site to Store Express is a paid membership program that ships your eligible Site to Store® order to any Walmart store in the contiguous United States in 3-5 business days (plus processing time) instead of the 7-10 business days (plus processing time) offered by regular Site to Store.

How Shipping Costs Are Determined
We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.
In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. If you select a different shipping method, a military APO / FPO address or an address outside the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.

Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.
Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
