Rated 4 out of 5 by handymama2b Sturdy little crib
I like how small this crib is in that it fits in small places, but it still feels large enough for baby to be comfortable. Putting it together was just a little tricky because of the instructions, but there aren't that many parts, so it's not too bad - it took me 40 minutes at 8 months pregnant.
One thing that confused me is that when it arrived, the box says "Emily Mini Portable Crib" which doesn't seem like the right crib...but as the other reviewer said, it's the same crib as the DaVinci Mini Emily. I just wish someone had told me that before the box arrived.

This is a sturdy crib and exactly like the Emily by DaVinci but at a much lower price. I am a Grandma and have used it several days a week while watching Gdaughter. Now that I no longer watch her daily, I've raised the mattress heighth and use it as a changing table for my wiggly toddler when she visits. It's longer than a standard changing table and the sides are high enough to keep her from rolling off the side. It saves space, converts to twin bed, and is well made. Bought Koala sheets for porta crib and 3" foam mattress from Walmart. NOTE: this is NOT a full size crib ! At 2 yrs. old my GD has out- grown it in length for a crib but she is exceptionally tall for her age.
Rated 4 out of 5 by AnsleysMom Nice and big enough
I will start by saying the crib is adorable and sturdy. Good quality and size. Can easily fit a toddler up to 3 I think. The only thing I didnt like, was it was very hard to put together. The instructions stink. We actually went by the picture. You also need to buy another mattress. The one that comes with it may be around an inch thick. The dream on me 3 inch fits perfect. Which you can also get at wal-mart for around 30 dollars. Overall if you dont have space for a full size I totally recommend. Be cautous, the bedding is hard to find, and after searching high and low, you have to order it offline.

We are tight on space and weren't ready to remove big brother from his crib yet. This is the same size as a pack-n-play but much sturdier and visually appealing... it also keeps big brother from climbing in which the pack-n-play did not ;-).
It is beautiful, well constructed, easy to assemble and will be useful much longer than the bassinets we considered. Bedding is less common than for standard cribs but nothing a little internet searching couldn't solve.
As some other reviews indicated, it does appear to be identical to cribs from other stores sold under other brands. Wall-mart had the best price by far.
Rated 4 out of 5 by sunflowers417 Great fit for us
With having our third child arriving and not being able to afford to move anytime soon. We were looking something that would fit into our life for the long run. This was a beautiful wonderful addition to our two bedroom apartment. It was sturdy and pretty easy to put together. Our daughter loved sleeping in it the very first night that it was set up. I am really happy with our decision to get this crib.

I would recommend this crib to anyone who is having multiplies or preemie babies. It's so great for small spaces and it looks like a regular crib.
Rated 5 out of 5 by mamajamas adorable and great quality
I love this mini crib. It is so cute. It is just what i needed. I really needed a crib that wouldn't take up to much space. I bought the 3" baby mod mattress that fits perfectly. The 1" mattress pad that came with the crib, I used underneath the 3" mattress for extra padding. My son sleeps great in this crib. I also bought the travel time bedding and I am so pleased with it, it is so cute. I absolutly love it!!the fitted sheet, fits perfectly with the 3" mattress. You will be pleased!! so adorable.
Rated 5 out of 5 by LoverOfToyz Awesome Little Crib
This crib is perfect! It isn't that much smaller than a regular crib like you would think. I didn't realize it was a mini crib until after it came in. I put it together in about 45 minutes because I'm just not handy with tools and it was actually very simple to put together. I was worried about having to go buy specially made crib sheets to fit but mine that I already had (I bought a bedding in a bag set for my son's nursery) and everything fit fine. The sheets work great, they are a tish bit bigger but that just means it's easy on the mattress and easy off. I think it's an amazing crib and my son fits perfectly in it. He'll fit in it great until we take him out in a year or so. Totally awesome and I definitely recommend. I wish they had had this crib back when my daughter was born. I'd have definitely gotten it then too!

Rated 5 out of 5 My daughter was a preemie. I didn't purchase the crib until 3 weeks after we brought her home. This crib size is perfect for her. Since she is so small still it feels like she is in a normal large crib. The only problem I am having is trying to get the conversion kit. Every time I select the link for the conversion kit it doesn't work.

Great product at an affordable price. Fits the purpose of use and something you could salvage for future children/grandchildren. Also fits for "time being" and something you could sale if not planing to use for loner than the first 1 1/2 yr.

Its really sturdy and attractive,Im guessing to get about two years use until my son is too big.Wish I had this with my other kids! Its really a space saver. I too did buy the additional 3in pad from walmart.com and porta crib koala brand sheets from babys r us,this all works perfectly together!
Rated 5 out of 5 by OmaPlace Perfect LiL Crib
I have only had the crib for a day, however it is perfect for what I wanted. I was a bit worried about putting it together after reading the reviews, however it went together very quickly and easily. So the end peices that the crib has are curved and the instructions show straight peices, just follow the hole pattern and it is a breeze. Took me less than 20 minutes to assenble. Hint: lay everything out before you start, put small tape on the peices and letter them to coorespond with the instuctions, so you recognize them when you start to assenble. I just made a special nursery room in my in home day care and I was tired of the "pack n play" sleeping. These cribs take up the room of a pack n play, have the same mattress of a pack n play, but they don't look like a pack n play. Just what I wanted for the little ones. Will be ordering a second one soon.

Very well made. Doesn't look like a flimsy portable crib. Would definitely recommend it for someone that has limited space. Mattress is a little thin. May want to upgrade that.
Rated 4 out of 5 by KaisMother Great small crib
We purchased this crib because we live in a small apt in NYC. It's very sturdy, quite cute. A bit difficult to put together (so my hubby says, but did put it together by himself.) It's a great fit in a small space, but plenty large enough for our (large) 6 month old son, and we plan to get the conversion kit so we can keep using it when he outgrows it as is.
Rated 4 out of 5 by MamaMary Very nice!
I just put this crib together and my only real complaint is that the instructions were awful. I mean, they might as well have been in Russian for how useful they were. The pictures on the instructions were not even my crib. I ended up figuring it out based on my intuition, and the photo on the Wal-Mart website. The finish on the crib is decent though I wish it were a little nicer. It dents rather easily as pine is a soft wood. The finished product is solid and very sturdy. It looks gorgeous in my bedroom and my 5 month old is sleeping beautifully in it. The mattress that this crib comes with is a lot better than I expected. I sort of wish I had not spent more money on the BabyMod 50 spring mattress. In any case, this is a beautiful crib and I would totally recommend it to a friend. It's great when you don't have a lot of space. Oh, and just so you know the crib is the exact same as the Da Vinci mini crib, but costs less.

Love this crib. Very easy to put together. Looks nice in nursery. Gives the look of a full size crib but is great when for smaller rooms. Get the 50 coil mattress -
Rated 3 out of 5 by Sweetconsumer Affordable
A nice mid-priced mini-crib. Easy to assemble & attractive. Two issues: I would prefer that the hardware not be exposed (brass-plated screws) or were covered by wooden buttons. & I took the advice of another poster and purchased a thicker mattress -- the pad that comes with the crib is a sad little piece of toast.
Still, it is a good value for the amount you pay.

My little one is set to arrive in 4 weeks and I couldn't be happier with this crib. Yes the bedding is a pain to find, but it fits really well in the room. The directions to put it together are AWEFUL but that's not Walmart's fault and it still didn't take very long to put together. It is sturdy and looks durable. All the pieces were great. I love this crib and would recommend it to any new mother who doesn't have enough room for a full size crib.
