I like that you can choose to do one exercise if you are short on time or as many as you like. You will feel your muscles getting tighter after a few uses of this dvd!

I purchased this product because I have such a busy schedule and needed something that I can work into my schedule.
This product is great because it has five 10 minute workouts and I can either do all 5 or 1 if I'd like.
It also give you the option of creating your own personal workout. So if I want to do Abs and Buns and thighs. I will pick those two 10 min workouts.
I love this product it fits right into my busy mom schedule and recommend to anyone whether you are busy single person or busy mom.

My roommate owned this video and I absolutely fell in love with it and it is my favorite 10-minute solutions video. It's NOT a beginner's video if you plan on doing all of the routines, but you could do one a day and work your way up to doing all of them. In about 1 week of doing all 10 minute sections I had started toned up the problem areas of my body(mind you I was already at a healthy weight). It's very convenient for those who want to work out in their own home rather than paying for a gym membership. At around $10 it is definitely worth it :)

I was expecting more of a begginers version.
Even with my experience on knowing the moves,
this video is hard to follow. However, I will prevail.

I am actually a turbo kickboxing maniac and this product does not have you do all the things you would do in a class, but overall it is exellent. It contains 5 x 10 min sessions that target specific areas of the body, which is great. I wake up every morning and depending on how much time I have or how tired I am, I will do one ten min session or if I feel great I will do two ten min sessions. I love not having to worry about time with this workouts, because they are 10 mins each. Also, they are much more difficult than what it seems in the beggining, like I said before - target the specific area really good.
