Provided a good workout that seemed hard but using pretty basic moves. Probably my only complaint was one someone else made as well- it seemed copied and the routines were just each specific area pasted together and not something different or new, which would've been nice. I also noticed while doing a set working the legs they skip a leg and it moves on to the next move. I've learned to just rewind to the beginning of the set and switch legs which is somewhat annoying but I get a good burn from it.

I haven't done this video a lot because every now and then is enough. The first time I did it I felt the "good hurt" in my legs for three days. It's awesome for legs and abs but falls short of doing the same for your arms. It's still a really good workout though...makes you sweat.

This disc is a great tool for toning. The 20 minute workout covers all areas. The one thing that I was disappointed in is that each selection that you choose from the menu is a repeat routine. You can tell that the selection is a copy because the words and the moves are exactly the same. So why fill the disc repeating the same routine?? Seems like a waste.

I have really enjoyed this exercise video. Easy to follow and a good over all workout. I've really been toning up by following it. It's one of my top picks for a workout video.

I have a hard time following the steps in most exercise videos but I was able to follow the majority of the steps in this video. It is more advanced than the first video, but still suitable for people who are not in great shape or trying to lose weight. I do think that the music could be faster paced, slower music is less motivating for me. One of the best things about this video is that no one was overly perky or excited for no reason. She is encouraging and guiding but not so happy you want to put it on mute.
