Rated 4 out of 5 by hereiam29 I was needing something to put all of the digital equipment for my wall mounted tv on and this shelf holds books, DVR, blue-ray player and several miscellaneous items all in one area, they are no longer sitting all over the room in different spaces. It is also the perfect height to hide cords leading from outlets to the tv.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Melenid Back racks didn't fit. Horrible Customer Service.
I won't buy anything from this company ever again. Customer Service is ridiculously horrible. I bought 2 of these items through Walmart (shipping was great and on time) but the Customer Service is through OIA, INC (ORGANIZE IT ALL, INC). They only works 4 hours a day as stated on the assembly instructions (10-12 and 2-4pm Monday through Friday). When I called explaining them that the back racks don't fit, they asked for the STYLE NUMBER (97205). She left me on the phone for several minutes and came back to tell me someone will contact me in the next half hour because she couldn't find the assembly instructions!!!???. Guess what? by the time someone was supposed to contact me, they were already off work. I called within the 30 minutes and got a voice mail. I tried to leave a message but you only have like 2.5 seconds before a prerecorded message said my time was over. We tried to assemble rack number 2, and everything went well (the back racks were shorter, of course). Because I bought 2 items, I was able to compare and figure what was wrong, however unable to talk to a live rep or leave a voice mail. I will e-mail them now hoping someone replies... we'll see how long it takes for them to reply and then replace the mistaken back racks. BTW the assembly instructions states that each shelf will support a weight capacity of 40 lbs (not stated @ Walmart page). They look cheap for the price but will keep them because I decided to use them hidden in the closets. Too much work to take them apart, put them back on the boxes and return the items.
